About Us
Dr. Grunch was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia. She received her bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Georgia, and then went to medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Following that, she trained in neurological surgery at Duke University and graduated in 2013.

Recognized Excellence
Dr. Grunch joined Longstreet Clinic Neurosurgery in August 2013 and is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. She studied at Duke for her residency, and while there, she earned the Synthes Spine Fellowship from 2010-2011.
